If you need to take payments, we’re not your tool — and we’d rather tell you upfront.

What if the network drops mid-service?

The order is saved on the phone and sends as soon as the network is back. Nothing is lost.

Do you handle payments?

No, on purpose. Illicoo takes the order; you keep your register for payment.

How many devices can I connect?

As many as you like: unlimited staff and tablets, for €9.90 excl. VAT per month per establishment.

Do I need to install an app?

No. Everything runs in the browser on the phone and the tablet. Nothing to download.

Does the diner scan a QR code?

Never. The diner never sees Illicoo: your server takes the order, just like today.

Can I try before paying?

Yes: a 30-day free trial, no credit card. At the end, you subscribe if the tool is useful to you; otherwise nothing is charged.

How do I cancel?

Any time, in one click from your settings. Access stays open until the end of the month already paid, and your data is kept.
